HOTEL GANGA BASIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS



Hotel Standard Check-in time is 12:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 Am.

We provide accommodation for families and decent solo travelers or same gender friends. Unmarried couples are not allowed. Any booking offline or online which violates our reservation policy is not entitled for any refund or adjustments. Please make sure before booking.

No drugs /alcoholic products / non-veg food or any other products like this are not allowed in hotel premises. If found, then the guest will be responsible for it.

Prostitution is not allowed on hotel premises.

Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per the Hotel policy. And subject to availability.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID card or Indian or International passport. PAN cards are not accepted. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.

For confirmed booking - 100% advance payment for 1 day booking and for more then one day booking 50 % advance rest at the time of check in. Payment can be made using the credit card, payment gateway link, deposit in the bank account.

Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking and any electronic mode) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 02-14 business days.

Children up-to 5 Years of age can stay free (cribs subject to availability). Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 12 years. 13 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.

Hotel reserve right for not providing room or get the room vacant without and refund and adjustment if guest if found in intoxicated /not in senses / disturbing other hotel guests / using abusing or threatening words / violate any of our reservation policy with other guests or hotel staff.

No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

This reservation is not transferable.

Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.

Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after checking out are only held until close of business that day.

Claimed items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification or alternatively the hotel can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.

The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any damage to hotel property will be added to the guest bill and Guest is liable to pay before checking out.

The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel if guest booked hotel against our booking terms and conditions.

The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Guests are not allowed in the room. Can meet in common areas.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

25% Charge if cancelled 10 days in advance.

50% Charge if cancelled 5 days in advance.

100% charge if cancelled 3 days prior to Check-in date OR Cancelled on the same day.

No-Shows or Early Checkout: No refund. If paid through the payment gateway, transaction charges would be applicable in case of Refund.

Mode of Refund:

All the payments made online will be processed through Payment Gateway and this will reflect in Card Holder’s a/c within 2-14 working days. If paid through the payment gateway, transaction charges would be applicable in case of Refund.
