Are pets allowed at Hotel Ganga Basin? Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our hotel to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. 3. Is there Wi-Fi available for guests? Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel premises, ensuring you stay connected during your visit. 4. What dining options are available at Hotel Ganga Basin? Our hotel offers diverse dining experiences, including local and international cuisines. Explore our restaurants and indulge in a variety of culinary delights. 5. Is there on-site parking for guests? No, but we are very close to paid parking (Pant deep parking). Distance from Parking is approx. 200 meters. Bhimgoda chowk is a drop point from where rikshaw are available which will drop you to hotel Gate. If there is not much rush, then we could try to get your car inside for dropping (only in case of guest who have booked us by paying advance). But this is conditional we are not bound for that. Charges for parking is Rs.90.00 per 8 hrs. 6. How close is the hotel to major religious sites in the area?
The hotel is located in heart of city, providing easy access to major religious sites along the Ganga Aaarti Ghat (Har ki Pauri, approx. 100 meters from entrance), market area (approx. 150 meters,) Mansa devi mandir (approx. 400 meters.). making it an ideal choice for pilgrims and spiritual seekers. 7. What is the way to reach the hotel from the Railway station? From Railway station you could take auto which will charge Rs.350/- to drop you up to hotel gate (including entry charges). Prefer to take auto from outside the railway campus, as inside campus they will try to mislead you and try to charge you extra. 8. What is the procedure for early check in / late check out ? Early check in and late check out depends on availiblity and with prior notice . Charges for early check are as under . Upto 3 hrs. Early check in – Rs. 1000.00 More then 3 hrs . Upto 6 hrs. Rs. 1500.00. 9. How can I make a reservation at Hotel Ganga Basin? To book your stay, you can visit our official website, call our reservations team, or use our online booking platform for a seamless reservation process. 10. Do hotels have lifts? No, we don’t have a lift, but we don’t have many floors. So, it's not needed. If there is any problem in climbing stairs, then we have deluxe window view room on ground floor also which is convenient to reach and will get ganga view also.
